GameChanger schedules can live right inside Google Calendar — games and practices next to everything else, updating on their own. The catch is that both halves of the setup hide from you: GameChanger only shows its calendar link inside the phone app, and Google Calendar only accepts one on its website.
This guide walks the exact 2026 path through both, plus the honest fine print about how quickly Google actually picks up schedule changes.
Open the GameChanger phone app and select your team. This has to happen in the app — the GameChanger website (web.gc.com) does not expose a calendar link anywhere. From the Home tab, tap into the specific team whose schedule you want.
Tap the gear icon, top right. The settings gear sits in the corner of the team's Home screen — not inside a separate Schedule or Events tab.
Tap Schedule Sync. This is the current menu label. If you're following older instructions that mention "Sync to Calendar," that option has been renamed.
Choose Google Calendar — or copy the link. GameChanger offers to connect straight to Google Calendar from here, which is the fastest path: tap the Google option and approve it. If you'd rather control where the feed lives (or want to reuse it elsewhere), tap Copy Calendar Link instead to grab the raw URL.
If you copied the link: add it at calendar.google.com. The Google Calendar phone app can't add a calendar from a URL, so open calendar.google.com in a browser (Request Desktop Site on a phone). In the left sidebar, click the + next to "Other calendars," choose From URL, paste the GameChanger link, and click Add calendar.
Check it on your phone. In the Google Calendar app, open Settings, find the new calendar under your account, and make sure Sync is on. Give it a color that stands out from your personal events.
Subscribing puts the schedule in Google Calendar, but Google refreshes subscribed feeds on its own cycle — typically every 12 to 24 hours — and it never notifies you when an event changes. A game that moved this morning can still show the old time at pickup. There isn't one — the calendar link only exists in the phone app. Open the GameChanger app, go to your team, tap the gear, then Schedule Sync.
