GameChanger is built for keeping score during the game, not for calendar admin — so its calendar sync option is easy to miss if you're used to scrolling through box scores and highlight reels. It does exist, and it takes about two minutes once you know it's called Schedule Sync, not "export" or "sync to calendar."
The wording matters here: GameChanger renamed this menu item at some point, so older screenshots and forum answers that say "look for Sync to Calendar" won't match what you actually see in the app today.
You'll also see it spelled as two words — Game Changer — in reviews and forum posts. Same app either way; the steps below don't change based on how you write it.
Open the GameChanger app and select your team. From the Home tab, tap into the specific team whose schedule you want to sync.
Tap the gear icon, top right. The settings gear sits in the corner of the team's Home screen — not inside a separate Schedule or Events tab.
Tap Schedule Sync. This is the current menu label. If you're following older instructions that mention "Sync to Calendar," that option has been renamed.
Tap Sync Schedule to Your Calendar, then copy the URL. GameChanger will offer to connect directly to Apple or Google Calendar, but for Schedule Caddie you want the subscription URL itself — copy it instead of tapping through to a specific calendar app.
Paste the URL into Schedule Caddie. Once it's pasted in, this team's schedule refreshes automatically alongside everyone else's.
Yes — once you've copied the Schedule Sync link above, it works like any other subscribed calendar feed, whether you search for it as GameChanger or Game Changer:
On Google Calendar (desktop or web). Go to Settings → Add calendar → From URL, paste the GameChanger link you copied above, then click Add calendar.
On iPhone (Apple Calendar). Go to Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste the same link. (On older iOS versions, Calendar appears directly in Settings.)
That link will show you every game GameChanger publishes. What it won't do is tell you when one moves. Google and Apple only check subscribed feeds every so often — sometimes a full day passes before a schedule change shows up — and neither sends a notification when it does. Schedule Caddie watches the same GameChanger feed every day and emails you the moment something changes, so you find out from us instead of finding out at the field.
Paste the link into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook and it works — this is an app-only flow with no separate desktop path, so you'll need your phone in hand. If your kid plays two sports split across GameChanger and something else, you're doing this dance twice, in two different calendars.
I don't see a gear icon on the Home tab
Make sure you're on your team's Home screen, not a league-wide home feed — the gear only appears once you've selected a specific team.
I can't find Schedule Sync after tapping the gear
You may need team admin or manager permissions. Ask your team manager to either complete this step or grant you access.
GameChanger started as a baseball/softball scorekeeping app and that's still its core audience, but Schedule Sync works the same way for any sport GameChanger supports.
Yes — GameChanger's feed reflects schedule changes automatically once you're subscribed, whether through Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Schedule Caddie.
Not inside GameChanger — it only knows about its own team. Schedule Caddie is built specifically for that: paste both links in and they show up on one color-coded calendar.
Some teams use GameChanger's live scoring but post the actual schedule somewhere else, like a group chat or league site. If Schedule Sync doesn't show real games, check with your coach about where the official schedule lives.
Copy the Schedule Sync link from the GameChanger app (steps above), then in Google Calendar go to Settings → Add calendar → From URL and paste it in. On an iPhone, go to Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar and paste the same link (on older iOS versions, Calendar appears directly in Settings).
Not right away. Google and Apple check subscribed calendar feeds on a lazy cycle — sometimes 12 to 24 hours — and neither sends a notification when a game moves. Schedule Caddie watches the same GameChanger feed every day and emails you the moment something changes.
Every kid, every team, every app — merged, color-coded, and watched for changes.
