If your family runs on Cozi, there's no reason to type the soccer schedule in by hand. Cozi can subscribe to calendar feed URLs — and Schedule Caddie produces exactly one: a single free feed carrying every kid's teams and the school calendar, kept current automatically. Connect that one URL to Cozi and both apps do what they're best at.
Put every schedule into Schedule Caddie first. Paste in each team app's calendar link (we have step-by-step guides for 20+ platforms), and upload the schedules that have no link — the school PDF, the photographed practice sheet. Schedule Caddie merges it all into one calendar and re-checks every source daily. This is the whole trick: Cozi will only need ONE feed.
Copy your Schedule Caddie feed link. In Schedule Caddie, open Subscribe & Share. The All Events card at the top is your default feed — every kid, every team, every school date in one subscription. Tap Copy next to the Subscription URL.
In Cozi: Settings → Connected Calendars → Add a Calendar from URL. Per Cozi's own help article: open Settings, choose Connected Calendars, tap "ADD A CALENDAR FROM A URL," paste your Schedule Caddie link, pick which family members it applies to, and Save.
Give it an hour, then refresh. Cozi documents that feed updates appear "within about an hour" of a change, on the next refresh with a connection. From then on your Cozi calendar fills and maintains itself — when a coach moves practice, Schedule Caddie catches it on the daily check, emails you what changed, and Cozi picks up the correction on its next refresh.
The link starts with webcal:// and Cozi won't take it
Change the webcal:// prefix to https:// and paste it again — same feed, different label.
A game moved but Cozi still shows the old time
Cozi refreshes connected calendars roughly hourly, so short delays are normal. The quieter catch: nothing tells you the game moved — Cozi's Calendar Change Notifications are a Cozi Gold feature. If you route feeds through Schedule Caddie first, you get a free email naming exactly what changed, and Cozi catches up on its next refresh.
The school calendar is a PDF — there's no link to paste
Cozi can only subscribe to URLs, so a PDF is a dead end there. Upload the PDF (or a photo of it) to Schedule Caddie instead — it reads the dates out, you review them, and the resulting merged feed URL is something Cozi CAN subscribe to.
Cozi's help article on iCal feeds describes the feature without mentioning a Gold requirement. Gold ($39/year) covers other things — no ads, month view on mobile, calendar search, and change notifications.
Three reasons: one URL instead of five (and one place to manage them), the schedules that have no URL — school PDFs, league spreadsheets, photographed handouts — get read in and included, and every feed is watched daily with free change-alert emails, which Cozi charges for via Gold.
No — a connected calendar lives on the Cozi account, shared by the family, so add each feed once and everyone sees it.
