TeamLinkt schedules can live right inside Google Calendar — games and practices next to everything else, updating on their own. The setup has two quirks: TeamLinkt's app and web dashboard hand out the calendar link through completely different menus, and Google Calendar only accepts a calendar URL on its website, never in the phone app.
This guide walks both TeamLinkt paths and the Google side, plus the honest fine print about how quickly Google actually picks up schedule changes afterward.
Open the TeamLinkt app and tap the Events tab. This is the fastest path if you're on your phone.
Tap the 3 dots (top right), then tap Subscribe to Calendar. That opens your calendar options directly from the app.
Copy the URL it provides. On Android you get a Google Calendar link; on iOS this opens iCloud Calendar directly. Either way, look for the underlying URL and copy it rather than letting it auto-add — the raw link is what you'll paste into Google Calendar in a moment (and it's reusable anywhere else, including Schedule Caddie).
On the web instead: pick your team, then Schedules > Schedule > Subscribe. If you're on a computer, select your team from the dropdown in the top-right corner, open Schedules > Schedule, click Subscribe, and choose the Webcal option (the Google-specific version) or iCal — both give you the same kind of subscribable link.
Open Google Calendar in a browser — the phone app can't do this part. On a computer, go to calendar.google.com. On a phone, the Google Calendar app has no way to add a calendar from a URL — open calendar.google.com in your phone's browser instead (and use your browser's Request Desktop Site option if the mobile page hides the settings).
Add calendar → From URL → paste → Add. In the left sidebar, click the + next to "Other calendars" and choose From URL. Paste the TeamLinkt link and click Add calendar. If Google rejects a webcal:// link, change webcal:// to https:// and try again.
Check it on your phone. Events show up on the web within a minute. In the Google Calendar phone app, open Settings, find the new calendar under your account, and make sure Sync is turned on so it appears on your phone too.
Subscribing puts the schedule in Google Calendar, but Google refreshes subscribed feeds on its own cycle — typically every 12 to 24 hours — and it never notifies you when an event changes. A game that moved this morning can still show the old time at pickup. Make sure you've selected a specific team from the dropdown in the top-right corner first — Schedules > Schedule only shows Subscribe once a team is selected.
iOS opened my calendar app automatically instead of giving me a link to copy
That's expected on iOS — Subscribe to Calendar hands off directly to iCloud Calendar. You can find the underlying URL in the calendar app's subscription settings, or use the web path instead for a plain copyable link to paste into Google.
There's no "From URL" option in my Google Calendar app
There isn't one — the phone app genuinely can't add subscribed calendars. This step has to happen at calendar.google.com in a browser. Once it's added there, the calendar syncs to the app on its own.

A From-URL subscription only lives in the Google account that added it. Simplest options: have them subscribe with the same link in their own Google Calendar, or put the schedule in Schedule Caddie and send them a share link that works in any browser with no setup.
At calendar.google.com, hover over the calendar in the left sidebar, click the X (or open its settings and choose Unsubscribe). You can re-add it with the same link anytime.
