Cozyla's family display subscribes to external calendars by URL — so the kids' team schedules can flow in from the apps instead of being typed. Get each team's calendar link (or one merged link), subscribe, done.
Add every schedule to Schedule Caddie (free). Paste each team app's calendar link (TeamSnap, GameChanger, SportsEngine, LeagueApps — our guides show where each hides it) and upload the school's PDF. One color-coded family calendar, change-alert emails included.
Copy your single feed URL. From Subscribe & Share, copy the All Events feed URL — every kid and every schedule in one link.
Subscribe via URL in Cozyla's calendar setup. In Cozyla's Calendar settings, choose Subscribe via URL, paste the link, and name the calendar. (Your Google/Apple/Outlook accounts can also connect directly with two-way sync for the family's own events — the team feed rides alongside as a one-way subscription, which is exactly right.)
Sync and verify. Tap the Sync icon (top right) — or Settings → Calendars → Sync — and confirm this week's practices appear on the display.
A schedule change isn't showing on the display
URL subscriptions refresh on a cycle; use the Sync button to pull immediately. And note the silence: the display updates without telling you anything moved — Schedule Caddie emails you exactly what changed, usually first.
I can't edit team events on the Cozyla
URL-subscribed calendars are one-way by design. Fix things at the source app — or keep your own editable events in a connected Google/Apple/Outlook account alongside.
Too many calendars, cluttered display
Subscribe ONE merged Schedule Caddie URL instead of per-team feeds — merging and dedupe happen upstream, the display stays clean.
Yes — subscribe-via-URL is built in, alongside CalDAV and direct Google/Apple/Outlook account sync. Team feeds work as one-way URL subscriptions.
Different products: Cozi is a family-calendar app, Cozyla is a wall display (which can even subscribe to a Cozi calendar). This guide is about the Cozyla display.
Yes — Cozyla accepts multiple URL subscriptions. The tradeoffs: one subscription to manage per team, no dedupe across overlapping feeds, school PDFs can't participate (no URL exists), and nothing emails you when a schedule changes. The merged URL solves all four, which is why it's the method we teach.
From Cozyla's published calendar-setup documentation as of September 2026. If the app moves a button, tell us and we'll fix this page.
Every kid, every schedule, every app — merged, color-coded, and watched for changes.
