TeamReach is the team app parents know for group chat and game reminders — and almost nobody knows it also publishes a real, live calendar feed for every team. The link exists; it just lives inside the app, at the bottom of the events list, where no one thinks to scroll.
Here's where to find it, what the link should look like when you've got the right one, and the honest fine print about how calendar apps refresh it.
Open your team in the TeamReach app. TeamReach is app-first — schedules live in the phone app you already use for team chat and reminders, and that's where the calendar feed is handed out. Open the specific team whose schedule you want.
Go to the Events (schedule) list. The events list is the tab showing every upcoming game, practice, and team activity in order — the one you scroll to see what's coming up.
Find the Subscribe option and copy the calendar link. Scroll the events list and look for a Subscribe control — TeamReach describes it as sitting at the bottom of the events list. Subscribing gives you the team's calendar feed: a URL from teamreach.net ending in /ical. That URL is what you want — copy it rather than letting it auto-add to one specific calendar app. (TeamReach's layout can shift between app versions; if the control has moved, look for a calendar or subscribe icon around the events list.)
Know what the link looks like. A real TeamReach feed URL looks like https://api.teamreach.net/api/events/teams/123456/ical — if what you copied matches that shape, you have the right thing. It's a live feed: future schedule changes flow through it automatically.
Paste it into Schedule Caddie. Paste the link and this team joins your merged family calendar — re-checked daily, with an email when anything changes. Repeat per team if your kids have several TeamReach groups.
Paste the link into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook and it works — and it's genuinely fine for one team. The squeeze comes at two kids on three teams: every team is another link, another subscription, another calendar to manage by hand — and none of them warn you when two games land at the same hour.
I can't find a Subscribe button anywhere
Make sure you're inside a specific team's events list (not the app-wide home), and scroll to the bottom of the list — that's where TeamReach places it. If your app version truly doesn't show it, the per-event route works too: opening a single event offers an add-to-calendar option, though that adds events one at a time instead of subscribing to the whole feed.
Is there a website where I can get the link instead?
TeamReach is essentially app-only for members — there's no parent-facing website with your team's schedule. The link has to come from the phone app; once you have it, you can paste it anywhere (including on a computer, by texting or emailing it to yourself).
A game changed in TeamReach but my calendar shows the old time
If you subscribed in Google or Apple Calendar directly, their refresh cycles run roughly every 12–24 hours, silently. The feed itself updates promptly — it's the calendar app's copy that lags. Schedule Caddie checks the same feed daily and emails you exactly what changed.
The subscription only shows on one device
